To make sending your comments easier, we have prepared a form where you can write the message you wish to send. 

If you live abroad, you can contact your nearest Alitalia Customers Relations Office which handles customers’ claims and suggestions in various countries. Moreover, each local Alitalia office (depending on how it is organized) can deal directly with claims and refunds within thirty days of receiving the relevant communication, together with all the documentation required. 

Compensation and/or reimbursement issues are dealt with through cash payment or by means of vouchers for air tickets – the choice is up to the customer. 

If the problem is due to a baggage delay or loss, please contact the baggage assistance department directly.
