The service is available 24 hours a day, from the day prior to the flight departure, both if you are traveling with only Hand baggage or baggage to be checked in.

WEB CHECK-IN IN 3 CLICKS

1) Choose your flight. Insert the data of your booking and all passengers traveling with you (if any).
2) Choose the additional services. In one step, choose your seat on board and any additional services you may need.
3) Print your boarding pass. After having confirmed the check-in, choose from the different options available to receive your boarding pass: Email, Fast Check-in machines or check-in counters at the airport.

FASTER IN THE AIRPORT TOO

After having completed your Web Check-in, at London Heathrow Terminal 4, you can quickly drop off your luggage to check-in at the dedicated "FAST DROP" counters for luggage labelling only. Business class passengers and frequent flyer card holders also have the option to go  to the business class counters in "Zone H".

PLEASE NOTE: We would also like to remind you to verify size and weight of your hand baggage by visiting our  Hand baggage page or by using one of the Alitalia ‘hand baggage gauges’ at the airport. Passengers who fail to comply with the hand luggage limits may not be allowed to take their luggage in the cabin and may be subject to excess baggage charges"
